Cancellation Policy
Payment for treatments will be required at the time of booking via a secure link from my card reader. In order to keep this fair, there will be no exceptions. If you do need to cancel an appointment, I will do my best to find an alternative timeslot for you that week, however in order to be able to run my business in a manner that is both efficient and fair to me and my time, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.
Appointments not rebooked at the time of cancellation or 2 cancellations in a row will also be charged in full.
For those on holiday, 50% of the deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation rising to the full amount for less than 48 hours notice.
This is difficult for me to navigate and not something that I wish to enforce so I ask that it is respected - this is my livelihood.
Lateness Policy
Due to the knock-on effect on other appointments, if you are late I will do my best to give you a full a treatment as possible, but in some cases will only be able to give you the time remaining on your appointment.
