Please note that times stated include a full consultation before the treatment to discuss your health, lifestyle & needs to ensure that treatment is right for you. I predominantly work with women, as a mobile therapist I will only work with men if they are recommended by a friend (not usually too tricky, living around here…)

Reflexology

1 hour
£50

The aim of a reflexology treatment is to help restore balance to the body naturally. Simplified, it is an absolutely glorious foot massage. On a deeper level it has been used for centuries to target specific issues, from digestive dysfunction to sleep problems, as well as relieving anxiety and tension, encouraging relaxation, improving mood and aiding sleep.
I am also qualified in reflexology for conception, maternity and digestion - just let me know at the time of booking if this is something that you require.

Massage

30 mins/1 hour
£35/50

A holistic treatment tailored completely to you and your needs, whether it is to relax and unwind or address specific issues which will be discussed during the consultation. A massage aiming to support you however you need it, with a pressure chosen by you to relax and soothe.

Pregnancy Massage

30 mins/1 hour
£35/50

Pregnancy is incredible, but can also be a difficult time physically, mentally and emotionally. This massage can either be done lying on your side or on a specialised pregnancy massage cushion (which reduces pressure on the abdomen and supports the uterine ligaments). The aim is to soothe mamas-to-be, creating a space where they feel nurtured and weightless, even if it’s just for a little while, using a relaxing, pregnancy-safe oil blend, a pressure of their choosing and as many pillows, blankets and supports as needed.

Aromatherapy Massage

30 mins/1 hour
£37/£52

A consultation to discuss your needs for the massage will lead to a collaborative selection of oils, followed by a treatment that blends essential oils and massage, aiming to restore balance and harmony to body and mind.
Issues such as arthritis, sleep problems, anxiety, skin conditions and stress to name a few have been targeted in this treatment, gentler than a “traditional massage”, in which your chosen oils are released along the length of the spine, combined with gentle massage to release toxins and lymph.
It is a beautiful, holistic treatment using slow rhythmic moves to relax nerve endings and reduce stress whilst the oils work to balance and restore.

A beautifully balancing treatment, The Soul Shack’s Indian Head Massage takes seated and wrapped in a blanket. This is a truly holistic treatment that works on the upper back, the shoulders and upper arms before moving onto the neck, scalp and face, aiming to bring the body to a sense of peace and balance using a lightly scented oil. There is something slightly more esoteric about Indian Head massage; the physical element works to soothe shoulder and neck pain, headaches and jaw tension whilst the more energetic side of the massage creates a delicious floaty feeling and promotes healthy sleep. An absolute favourite.

Dry cupping is a centuries old massage technique. In the present day, a plastic ‘cup’ is placed on the skin, then the air inside the cup is suctioned out. The cups can be used at rest or with movement and work to increase blood flow as well as lifting the tissue rather than compressing it, which is wonderful for people experiencing areas of discomfort that are perhaps too sensitive for manual massage. If you think that this might benefit you please do let me know at the time of booking so I can ensure that I bring my cups with me.

Hot Stones Massage

Holistic Facial

1 hour
£47

Currently unavailable (doesn’t work for mobile!)
A real change from the chemicals found in many commercial treatments, the holistic facial takes it back to nature, using the power of clays and plants to create an experience tailored to your skin.
It begins with a gentle cleanse, followed by toning and a natural clay and flower water mask to suit your skin type. As the mask dries, you will be offered a hand and arm or foot massage using a nourishing oil or cream. The mask will be gently washed away followed by a full facial massage with a facial oil chosen for you. Not only is facial massage considered to slow the aging process and achieve younger and healthier skin, this holistic treatment can also help relieve stress, migraines and headaches, PMS and sinus congestion, working to drain away puffiness and leave skin brighter.

Holiday Treatments
I am more than happy to travel to holiday lets, campsites, hotels and B&B’s in the area if you are on holiday (as long as there is the space for me to work and there is consent from owners/staff if needed). I have worked in tiny hotel rooms, in gardens, shepherds huts, even a field!
I can get really busy over weekends and school holidays so please try and book in advance. Also, as these treatments do not enable to me to take on regular, repeat clients, this will incur an additional £10 fee per treatment which also covers fees (levied by some establishments) and fuel for some of the more remote places. Payment will be taken at the time of booking with 50% of the deposit refunded in the event of a cancellation rising to 0% for less than 48 hours notice.
